The large pusher tug Everlast is seen in this photograph as she was being moved away from the face of wharf 1 in the harbour at Port Weller on the Welland Canal during the early afternoon hours of December 3rd, 2000. She had arrived there earlier in the year on June 8th and had remained there through most of the shipping season. The tug Alice A was about to tow her to Hamilton where Everlast would eventually undergo an extensive refit. She would return to service late in 2001 with a new barge named Norman McLeod
