The tugboat Theodore Too is seen in this photograph as he was sailing upbound in the Welland Canal during the morning hours of August 15th, 2001. The Harbourmaster had told Theodore to tour on a long voyage into the Great Lakes and say Hi!! to all his favourite friends.

Just before Theodore posed for this picture he said to the crew at lock 4 on the Welland Canal, "Thank you very much for lifting me up so that I can go into lock 5!" His Captain said "Cast off all lines! Dead slow astern!". Then Theodore rested for a few minutes while the gates at lock 5 opened up.

Suddenly his Captain said "Come on Theodore... let's go into lock 5!" .. and with a quick glance to say "Good Bye for now" away Theodore sailed.. Erie, Pennsylvania was his next stop.
