The bulk carrier Windoc is seen in this photograph as she was transiting upbound in the Welland Canal during the morning hours of April 4th, 1988 on her maiden voyage under this name. She had previously sailed as Steelecliffe Hall for the Hall Corporation of Canada. At the time it was taken she was sailing southbound in the canal around mile 16 in Welland destined for Thunder Bay to load grain for Quebec
