The self-unloading bulk carrier Atlantic Erie is seen in this photograph as she was sailing inbound in the harbour at Halifax, Nova Scotia on July 10th, 1997. She had just come from the Hibernia oil rig after unloading her cargo of ballast stone. This picture was taken by Willem VanMaanen from the Nanticoke as the Atlantic Erie was maneuvering to secure alongside the Huron for repairs.
