The 1966-built, 208-grt, passenger ferry Northern Seal is seen in this photograph while she was transiting upbound in the Welland Canal at St. Catharines, Ontario, Canada during October of 1975.

She was built in St. John's, Newfoundland, Canada by E.F. Barnes Ltd. as Strathcona III. In 1975 she was renamed Northern Seal by Strathcona Ltd. She operates along the south coast of Newfoundland. If you know more about this ship's history and possibly it's current status please Send me an email.
