The 1992-built, 106,597-dwt, 58,911-grt, crude oil shuttle tanker Nordic Torinita is seen in this photograph while she was underway likely off Holland during the summer of 2000.

She was built in Numakuma, Japan by the Tsuneishi Zosen K.K. Drydock for Ugland Tankers AS, Norway and she entered service as Torinita. She sailed as such until December of 1996 when Ugland renamed her Nordic Torinita. When this picture was added to the archives in September of 2002 she was still listed as operational as Nordic Torinita.
