The 1964-built, 4,615-dwt, general cargo ship, Newfoundland is seen in this photograph while she was underway possibly in the St. Lawrence River, Quebec, Canada during June of 1974.

She was built in Burntisland, Scotland at the Burntisland Shipbuilding Company Ltd., Drydock for Furness, Withy & Company Ltd., England. She entered service under the name Newfoundland. in 1973 she was renamed Cufic then back to Newfoundland in 1974 before being renamed Cufic once again late in 1974.
