** In October of 2003 Kupari suffered a major engine breakdown and was subsequently moored at Aveiro, Portugal awaiting a decision on her fate by her owners. Engine repairs were later found to be too expensive and she was sold to Batistas Reciclagem de Sucatas S.A. of Lisbon

** Kupari arrived at Lisbon on 11 November 2003 in tow from Aveiro for demolition.
