* 1977 until 1993 she sailed as Federal Rhine for Federal Pacific (Liberia) Ltd.
* She was managed at one point by Ubem S.A, Belgium and later by FedNav Ltd., Canada
* May 1993 she was sold to Parajou Shipping Ltd., Panama and renamed Steel Flower
* January 1997 she was sold to Narragansett Shipping, U.S.A. and placed under the management of B+H Management Ltd., Bermuda and renamed Narragansett
* Marine News report (Vol 54 pg 19) "FedNav & Michael Hudner are in dispute, with Hudner claiming FedNav were using their size to surpress competition. It centers on the Narragansett, which Hudner placed in the Great Lakes trade despite a non-compete clause when FedNav sold her in 1993. This required she be offered to FedNav, but on being offered they declined her."
* She was sold for scrapping late in 1999 following numerous breakdowns, engines troubles and hull deterioration
* Narragansett reportedly arrived in China late in November of 1999 where she was later dismantled
